These terms govern use of the Orbitas application and the orbitas.in website. By using the service, the clinic and its authorised users agree to them. Last updated: {date}.

The service

Orbitas is an agentic clinic management system. Its AI features produce drafts for clinician review only. Orbitas does not practise medicine, does not issue prescriptions, and is not a substitute for clinical judgement. The treating clinician is responsible for every clinical decision and for reviewing and signing every note.

Accounts

The clinic is responsible for its users, for keeping credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the data it enters. Access must be limited to authorised staff in appropriate roles.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, do not attempt to breach its security or isolation between clinics, and do not upload content you have no right to process.

Fees

Fees are billed per doctor as set out on the pricing page or in your order, plus GST and pass-through messaging costs. Plans renew each period unless cancelled before renewal.

Data

Data handling is described in the Privacy policy. The clinic retains ownership of its clinic and patient data and can export it at any time.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for clinical decisions.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice. Either party may terminate at the end of a billing period. On termination the clinic may export its data before access ends.
