Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Plans are monthly or annual, and you can leave at the end of any billing period.
Can I export my data?
Yes, any time — patient records, visits, billing and documents, in standard formats.
What does onboarding involve?
We set up your specialty preset, import your existing patients, and walk your team through the agents. No setup fee.
What support is included?
Email and WhatsApp support on every plan, with priority response on Clinic and Group.
Who pays for WhatsApp and SMS messages?
Messaging is billed at cost, pass-through. WhatsApp template messages and SMS carry a small per-message fee set by the provider; there is no Orbitas markup.
Is there a patient limit?
No. Every plan includes unlimited patients and unlimited visit history.
How is GST handled?
Prices are shown exclusive of GST. GST is added on the invoice at the applicable rate and is claimable as input credit.
